Exhibition Proposals

Mini Mart invites exhibition proposals from artists, independent curators, scholars, partner institutions, and community members.

Exhibition proposals will be reviewed by the Mini Mart’s exhibition committee on a quarterly basis. If your proposal is accepted, we will reach out to you.

Exhibition proposals must include:

  • Your contact information, name, phone number, and email

  • Explanation of how the exhibition complements, enhances, and fulfills the mission at Mini Mart City Park

  • Checklist of artworks to be exhibited (including sample images)

  • Description of the theme and content of the exhibition

  • Proposed timing for display at Mini Mart City Park

  • List of possible related educational activities and programs

  • Proposed budget, timeline of tasks, and deadlines

  • List of any visual or media equipment needed for the exhibition

  • Proposed sponsorship partners and plan for publicity/media coverage
